37 weeks

Today I had my 37 week appointment. I weighed in at 150 lbs, my blood pressure was 128/70, fetal heart rate was 140 and I was dilated to 1 cm and thick. Doc told me that my Group B strep test was negative. We talked about signs of labor and that I don't need to call her first before heading to the hospital, that once we check in with labor and delivery they will call her. She said that I need to wait at home until I am having contractions that are 4 minutes apart for 1 hour before heading to the hospital. Now let's hope I know what a contraction is when i start having them.
