A steal of a find

The girls sitter was on vacation this week so Grandma watched the girls on Monday and Tuesday, i worked late on Wednesday so JR came and watched them until Mr. C got home from work and then Thursday and Friday i was off from working the weekend so that i could watch them. We had a fun filled week. On Monday Mr. C came home with a surprise....he had gotten a blow up blow from the jobsite he was working at. It was perfect timing since the girls were home with Grandma and we were finally getting that summer heat... Lil Miss C loved it and had a blast playing in it all week.

Thursday we went to Mama & Papa's pool and enjoyed the afternoon swimming. 

Littlest C 4 month

rolling from back to tummy, weeks 14-15, Aug 4th
started waking up once, twice a night week of July 29-Aug 23, then started putting to sleep in a sleeper, so far have only had one night where you have woken up,
started drooling a bunch the week of August 4, no teeth yet
reaching & grabbing more toys
13 lbs, 2oz; 24.5 in and 15.5 head circumference

KoBo turns 6

Happy Birthday KoBo! For his 6th birthday party we went swimming at mama & papa's house. I had to work, so i showed up late and didn't get a single picture. He got a 4-wheeler from his parents.

5 Year's

Happy 5th Anniversary Mr. C! Our big plans for our 5 year's included canning tomatoes, relaxing and playing with the girls and doing garden work. No special plans this year, maybe after the next 5 we will plan a big trip.

Grandma W's 75th Bday Party

Happy Birthday Grandma W!! 75 years young. AK & UB had a surprise party for her at their house. We were only able to stay for a little while since we had another party to be at by 3:00P.

GPa J, S&K came in for the party, they stayed and visited with us on Saturday evening. It was nice to be able to visit with them and this was the first time that GPa J got to meet Littlest C.

Lil Miss C convinced UB to go down to the pool, she helped him water the plants and ended up soaking herself with the water hose. She was itching the get into the pool, but we left just as all the other kids were starting to get in it.

Back Home

After our busy day, we spent the evening relaxing on the deck. Just lovin watchin the girls play.

Baby B Reveal Party

Our good friends MB & JB are expecting this first baby and she is due on my birthday! They announced it by giving us a photo card that had pictures with their announcement on May 22, although i had found out/heard a rumor the week before that they were pregnant, but didn't want to say anything to her until she was ready to tell me. So today was their baby reveal party as they had the big 20 week ultra sound on Thursday. MB did all the plans herself, i was quite impressed as usually her sis helps her. Some of the decorations in their garage.

It was cute, we all had to pick what we thought. boy or girl and either wear a bow or hold a blue mustache. She had a professional photographer coming to take pictures and then we headed to the M Farm to find out and take pictures! The M Farm is where we had our wedding pictures taken. JB knew since Thursday and was the one who put the balloons in the box. 

It's a BOY!!! Mr. C ran and grabbed a balloon for Lil Miss C, although he was not supposed to take them off the box.   

I was hoping they would have a girl since Littlest C is going to just be 9 months older than their baby and MB is 6 months older than me and we have been friends since we were youngsters. But MB was hoping for a boy and i think was shocked and overjoyed when she found out that's what she is going to have. 

Congrats MB&JB!!! We are so happy for them!

Zachary's Playground

The girls sitter was off today so i took off work to spend the day with them. Mr. C forgot his lunch and wallet, so we took it to him and afterwards we went to Zachary's playground.

Little Miss C had a blast! She loves the swings!

and my lil water bug patiently waited until we were almost ready to leave to play on the splash pad. I forgot her swimsuit since the last time we were here it wasn't open yet and i forgot about it. Good thing i had extra clothes in the diaper bag, 

Ma'Rose Baptism

Ma'Rose's baptism was today. I had to work yesterday so i rode with my parents & JR across the state today for her baptism. Although it was a loooooooooong day in the car it was well worth it to get to see my neice since i wasn't able to see her in the hospital.

They did the baptism during the service so we could only take pictures afterwards.
