Happy Easter

Happy Easter!!

The bunny rabbit brought the kiddos Easter baskets to Kbugs birthday party yesterday. They all got a new swim suit, money for their piggy banks, a little candy and toys.

Then the Easter Bunny came to our house and brought jewelry, a rake, shovel and hoe and a book. Lil Miss C loved the necklaces & bracelets!

After Church we had an Egg Hunt in our yard. At first Lil Miss C didn't quite understand, but it didn't take her long to find all of the eggs. 

After Lil Miss got up from her nap, we headed to my Grandma's for Easter dinner and egg hunt for the kiddos.

Lil Miss C enjoyed putting the eggs in the basket and finding them!

Happy 4th Birthday KBug

Happy Bday KBug!! You had a wonderful birthday party today!! We enjoyed lots of yummy food, playing, good company and of course she got lots of presents.

KoBo enjoyed giving Lil Miss C a tractor/wagon ride.

Lovin the weather

We have been having unseasonably warm weather for time of year and we have been taking advantage of it. We did lot's of spring yardwork this weekend and bbqed with B,B, Dman & Lfrog.

It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend! 

Happy St. Patty's Day

Yesterday on St. Patty's Day I had the pig weigh in for the county fair. After i got home and cleaned up from helping. We headed out to our friends to celebrate his birthday. Mr. C shot some clay birds with him and we enjoyed some good food and company. We did not stay late as Lil Miss C was with us and we headed home once she started to get tired. None the less it was a wonderful day and glad we got to spend some time with our friends MJ & JB.

Also mowed grass for the first time for the season this weekend....crazy early but it was been such an early warm spring so far.

Oh so fun!

Yesterday I went out to my Ganny & Gramps farm and visited with my great aunt, sister CJ & my mom. CJ was bakng pie's and she made me my favorite...Granny's chocolate pie. I am a big chocolate eater, but nobody makes chocolate pie the way my Granny did. CJ did a od job following her receipe, but she still has some practicing to do till it's as food as Granny's.

Then after got home Mr. C and I went and did some shopping. We had gotten our state taxes back and we had decided with our state taxes that we would split it between the 3 of us and each get something we wanted or needed.

Mr. C got a new bbq grill. It is a nice big charcoal grill with a smoker box on the side.

We got Lil Miss Ca wagon and a umbrella stoller. She absolutely loved the wagon rides we gave her over the weekend and I think we will most defintantly use this a lot!

And i am going to spend my money on some new clothes and decorations for the house! 

15 months

Lil Miss C had her 15 month check up today. She is growing good, weighing in at 20 pounds, 12 ounces and is 30 1/4 inches tall.

Whew....what a week it has been

I have been out of town at a work conference all week. I really enjoyed the conference, learning and networking, but it was also very stressfull being out of town this week because our truck was in the shop getting fixed and I had to figure out how get money from our savings account at my small home town bank so that Mr. C could pay for the truck and pick it up. Let me tell you, it's no fun when his name is not on the account, i don't have access to a fax line to fax a form saying he could withdraw money, they are only open from 9A-3P.....ugh.....needless to say i am thank ful that my mom is still on the account and she was free during the day to go and withdraw the money and take it to Mr. C. Now i just need to add him to that account so we don't have to hassle with it in the future.

We spent the weekend relaxing.
